Includes:
• A detailed intake covering your family and each baby
• A review of three days of sleep logs for each baby
• A coordinated written plan with individual steps for bedtime, naps, and night wakings
• Guidance for managing different sleep needs, including when one baby wakes while the other sleeps
• 14 days of text and email support covering both babies
• Plan adjustments during your support period based on how each baby responds
Your approach will reflect each baby’s temperament, your comfort level, and the help you have at home.
After purchase
Your confirmation email will include links to your intake questionnaire and sleep log. Record three full days and nights for each baby, submitting a separate entry for each child each day.
I’ll email your personalized plan within 3 business days after receiving your completed intake information and all six daily log entries.
Your support period
We’ll agree on a start date together so your 14 consecutive days of support begin when you’re ready to follow the plan.
Send questions and updates by text or email. I’ll respond as quickly as possible, including evenings and weekends when available. Support is ongoing during those 14 days, with replies between my other commitments rather than immediate, live responses.
$399 total covers both twins in the same family.
